Submission Checklist
When you submit a project through the Golden Solar Dealer Portal, your documentation tells the story of your professionalism. Every detail matters — clean submissions mean faster designs, quicker approvals, and smoother funding.
What We Require for Every Deal:
- Signed customer agreement
- 12-month electric bill (PDF)
- Complete photo pack (roof, meter, panel, site)
- Financing docs (if applicable)
- Contact info & install address
- Credit pre-approval / cash proof
- Roof layout or diagram
A complete submission package allows our operations team to review, design, and push projects to install readiness without delays.
We treat your projects with the same care as our own — your clean submissions help us honor that commitment.
Safety & Compliance

Our Non-Negotiables:
Accurate Representation
All marketing and verbal claims must be truthful, verified, and compliant with FTC and TCPA standards.
Insurance Standards
Maintain minimum coverage of $1M General Liability and $500K Errors & Omissions, with Golden Solar listed as Additional Insured.
OSHA Compliance
All work must meet or exceed OSHA 29 CFR 1926 safety standards, without exception.
Funding-Ready Closeout
Commissioning, PTO confirmation, and the lender packet must be uploaded before any payout is released.
Lender Communications
Managed exclusively by Golden Solar to ensure data integrity and compliance with lender policies.
